idD Portugal Defence participated in DEFEA - Defence Exhibition Athens 2021, the first major international fair dedicated to Defence since the beginning of the pandemic, between the 13th and 15th of July.

idD Portugal Defence joined the Navy's delegation for the second edition of the Roadshow Ideia 2021, a roadshow by Defence Economy entities, which ran from July 5th to 9th, 2021.

Challenges and opportunities for the Defence Economy in Portugal and in Europe were the motto of the seminar organised on 24 May by idD Portugal Defence under the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union.

The Executive Director of the European Defence Agency (EDA), Jiří Šedivý, accompanied by the Chairman of idD Portugal Defence, Marco Capitão Ferreira, visited ETI and OGMA to learn about the development and potential of these companies.

idD Portugal Defence, in partnership with the European Commission Representation in Portugal, is promoting a virtual information session on the 19th of May about the European Defence Fund (EDF), European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), Competitiveness of Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises (COSME) and Horizon.
