idD Portugal Defence welcomed the newly appointed Defence Attaché in Washington D.C., United States of America, CMG Carlos Monginho, who will take office shortly.
As part of the training for newly appointed Defence Attachés, organized by the Directorate-General for National Defence Policy, idD delivered a presentation on its activities and the work it has been developing in the defence industries sector, the development of the Defence Technological and Industrial Base (DTIB), as well as key aspects of the relationship between Portugal and the United States of America, and with Canada, a country that the Defence Attaché will cover as a non-resident.
idD congratulates the new Defence Attaché and wishes him great success in this new mission!
