idD Portugal Defence hosted the Czech company Aero Vodochody yesterday to discuss cooperation opportunities within the defence industries.
The cooperation between the Czech Republic and Portugal is framed by the participation of both countries in the C-390 development and production program, with prospects for further collaboration between Aero Vodochody, other Czech companies, and the Portuguese Defence Technological and Industrial Base.
Aero Vodochody is one of the oldest companies in the aerospace sector, having produced 11,000 aircraft for 60 international clients.
