On the sidelines of the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG) plenary meeting taking place from October 2nd to 3rd in Bratislava, an Industry Day was held on October 1st, organized by the MSM Group and under the auspices of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic.
This initiative was attended by Robert Kaliňák, Minister of Defence of the Slovak Republic, the Industrial Association for Security and Defence of the Slovak Republic (ZBOP), and more than 20 companies from the Slovak Defence Industry Technological Base. The event included live demonstrations of indirect fire and tests of weapon systems and ammunition, one of the areas where Slovakia excels globally in terms of expertise and production capacity. idD Portugal Defence was represented by Carlos Félix, CEO and Head of the national delegation at NIAG, and by Elisabete Pires, responsible for International Relations and national delegate at NIAG.
