idD Portugal Defence is participating in the Dubai Airshow 2023, one of the largest events in the aerospace industry. With the Middle East market as a strategic focus for national companies operating in this sector, the Dubai Airshow, taking place from November 13 to 17, brings together over 1,400 exhibitors and a conference program with more than 300 speakers, providing a stage for innovation and collaboration.
idD’s presence aims to establish strategic partnerships and synergies with key players in the aerospace sector, in addition to promoting the activities of companies within the National Defense Technological and Industrial Base (DTIB).
We highlight the presence of six Portuguese participating companies: Almadesign, Beyond Vision, CEiiA, GMV, OGMA – Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, and Connected. Beyond Vision and Connected were selected to participate in the VISTA Start Hub Acceleration Program. This mentoring program for aerospace startups aims to boost their activities by integrating them into an ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship.
