Last week, idD Portugal Defence participated in the 4th Meeting of the Portugal-Egypt Joint Defence Commission.
With the presence of the Director-General of National Defence Policy, Major General Nuno Lemos Pires, who chaired the meeting, and counterpart representatives from the Egyptian side, the interest in expanding bilateral Defense relations was discussed, particularly through strengthening existing cooperation and consolidating politico-strategic discussions.
With a history of cooperation in the defense industries, idD Portugal Defence sought to promote discussions around potential opportunities for joint acquisitions, development, production, and research.
