Scope of Application
This Security Policy establishes a set of specific guidelines to be applied by idD Portugal Defence in the regulatory process for the use of its websites and online platforms under its supervision and management.

This specific Security Policy is an integral part of the Data Protection Management System (DPMS) and is hierarchically subordinate to the Information Security Policy (ISP) and the Security Plan (SP).

This website, hereinafter referred to as the “website”, is the exclusive property of IdD Portugal Defence, hereinafter referred to as “idD Portugal”, with its registered office at Estrada da Luz No. 153, 1600-153 Lisbon, with a share capital of €104,500,000.00, with the Tax Identification Number (NIPC) 503 939 668, registered in the National Register of Legal Entities (R.N.P.C.) of Alcochete under registration No.: 58/970801.

These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “Terms”, govern the conditions of access to and use of the idD Portugal website accessible through the domain www.iddportugal.pt and its respective subdomains.

The use of this website grants all those who access it the status of customer or user of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, and constitutes full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, in the version in force at any given time.

Access to and use of this website, and of the services and information provided through it, is generally free for Users and does not require prior subscription or registration, except in restricted-access areas.

Any purchase of products and services from idD Portugal can only be made with User registration and/or payment for the specifically indicated products, where applicable.

Our Commitment
idD Portugal respects the rights related to the use of information technology in regard to the privacy and protection of data recorded by its Users.

We commit, with transparency towards Users of the website, to respect the rights of citizens enshrined in Article 35 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and in Law No. 67/1998 of 26 October on Personal Data Protection, with the approval of Law No. 58/2019, which implements in the national legal order the General Data Protection Regulation, adopted on 27 April 2016 and published on 4 May 2016 (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

All idD Portugal employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality regarding any data they may access within the scope of the operations of the respective IT systems.

User Registration and Allocation of Access Data
During registration, the User will freely choose their username (“login”) and password, which must be kept confidential.
