On Europe Day, the 9th of May, idD – Portugal Defence promoted a virtual session on the recently adopted European Union strategy for security and defence policy – ​​“Strategic Compass: political and industrial implications for the defence ecosystem”.

This session brought together representatives of national and European entities working in the field of defence to present the “Strategic Compass” and offer their perspectives on possible opportunities and challenges for the defence economy.

The event aimed to train DTIB and STCN on recent developments in the field of European defence and to encourage the participation of national entities in collaborative projects at European level.
