idD Portugal Defence, in partnership with ADS Group, an entity that represents more than 1,100 British companies in the aeronautical, defence, security and space sectors, and with the support of the United Kingdom Embassy in Lisbon, organized an Industry Day on 12th of May.
In addition to sessions on how to do business in Portugal and the United Kingdom, which is currently NATO’s second country with the largest defence budget, examples of best business practices by companies from both countries were presented.
This event brought together around 30 national and British companies, with more than 40 bilateral meetings taking place aiming to explore potential business opportunities, thus contributing to the integration of Portuguese entities in the supply chains of British companies.
