The Minister of National Defence, João Gomes Cravinho, starts this Tuesday an official visit to Estonia, where he is to be received by his counterpart, Jüri Luik. The Government officials will debate the cooperation between the two countries in the field of Defence, with a special focus on the Defence Economy and cyber defence. On the agenda, there are also multilateral themes, with an impact on the priorities of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union and of NATO.

The Minister of National Defence will meet the President of the Republic, Kersti Kaljulaid, will visit the NATO’s Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) and the Estonian Defence Industries Association, the counterpart of idD Portugal Defence, with Marco Capitão Ferreira.
